On the front palate is an obvious apple fruitiness. It lingers to dry with a hint of sweetness and long tasty umani finish. Reminiscent of cider produced in North East of USA.
C2	Ayrshire Riviera	I Wonder is it Howgate?	6.5%	Dry	A pale and bright cider. made only with the juice from Howgate Wonder apples. It’s delicate on the nose, crisp and light on the palate with an initial sharp burst of apple and a refreshing dryness, with a hint of a citrus finish. Light and easy drinking.
C3	Broadoak	Moonshine (Rum and Raisin)	4.0%	Fruit	Moonshine premium cider has been infused with rum and raisin, invoking the flavours of the warm and sunny West Indies.

C5	Cairn O’Mhor	Meadowsweet	4.5%	Sweet	An aromatic, wild meadowsweet cordial mingled in with local apple juices and fermented out for our Meadowsweet cider. The flowers add a complimentary fragrance and atmosphere - hints of an Islay malt and yellow spangles.
C6	Cairn O’Mhor	Rhubarb	4.5%	Fruit	Made with locally sourced apples and blended with a fermentation of impressively tall golden stalks of rhubarb from Brechin. The rhubarb adds a silky-smooth golden elixir of rhubarbiness to the fresh appley cider, followed by a dry finish.

C17	Steilhead	Nuthatch	6.5%	Dry	Nuthatch cider is a robust farmhouse-style cider with a balance of tannin and acidity and that west-country cider flavour deriving from a good blend of cider and non-cider apples, all grown in Dumfries and Galloway.
C18	Steilhead	Siskin	6.0%	Dry	Siskin cider is a dry, still, sharp cider with little tannin and a fresh flavour of green apples. Made from a blend of many locally-grown cooking and eating apples, with a handful of cider fruit thrown in to give a bit more “body” and then aged for one year.
C19	Thistly Cross	Elderflower	3.4%	Fruit	An infusion from hand-picked British Elderflowers and blended with our cider for a fabulously fresh and floral flavour.
