S2 Alnwick Holy island bitter 4.0% Bitter Our Holy Island bitter is brewed using UK malt and hops. It has a sweet tongue feel with a well-balanced bitter aftertaste and an earthy floral aroma. An easy drinking traditional session ale.
S3 Alnwick Belgian blonde 5.0% Blonde Our multi award winning wheat beer! A light bodied Belgian style wheat beer. Beautifully blonde hazy beer with esters of citrus, banana and cloves.
B1 Bellfield Lawless IPA 4.5% IPA Named after our neighbourhood of Portobello. A copper coloured, aromatic beer brewed as a traditional American IPA made with pale and crystal malts and Cascade and Centennial American hops for a modern, citrusy finish. Enjoy this renegade chilled, with friends. VEGAN & GLUTEN FREE
B2 Broughton Greenmantle 3.9% 70/- Greenmantle is the original Scottish Borders Scottish 70/- Ale.. Made with Fuggles, First Gold, Perle, East Kent Goldings & Willamette
S4 Broughton Stout Jock 4.5% Stout Bursting with oatmeal and chocolate aromas complemented by dark roasted malts and a rich aftertaste.
S5 Cairngorm Black Gold 4.4% Stout Roast malt dominates throughout, slight smokiness in aroma leading to a liquorice and blackcurrant background taste giving it a background sweetness. Very long, dry bitter finish. A worthy Championship winner.
B3 Cairngorm Tradewinds 4.3% Golden Award winning brew with a strong elderflower and citrus fruity hop nose following on through to the bitter-sweet finish.
B4 Cairngorm Wildcat 5.1% Amber A full-bodied warming strong bitter. Malt predominates but there is an underlying hop character through to the well-balanced aftertaste. Drinks dangerously less than its 5.1%.
S6 Cromarty Rogue Wave 5.7% New World IPA Easy drinking strong peachy, citrus hoppy bitter.
B5 Cromarty Kowabunga 4.6% APA Golden pale ale with distinct citrus notes in the aroma and taste with hints of lemon grass. A thirst quenching, easy drinking ale.
S7 Cromarty AKA IPA 6.7% IPA Strong IPA with a smooth citrus hoppy taste
S8 Darwin Beagle 4.1% Golden A golden coloured pale ale with refreshing citrus hops leading to a dry, bitter finish

B7 Devon Ales IPA 4.2% IPA A natural balance of bitterness with notes of fruit, blended from four of the finest hops. The result is a classic British session IPA. Blesssed in taste, moreish in nature
S11 Five Kingdoms Bay of Plenty 6.0% IPA This New Zealand IPA packs plenty of punch inspired by our head brewer's home town. Double dry hopped Nelson Sauvin and Motueka hops giving flavours of mango, lychee, gooseberry and zesty lime.
S12 Hadrian & Border Farne Island 4.0% Bitter A copper-coloured bitter with a refreshing malt/hop balance.
S13 Hadrian & Border As You Were 4.1% Best Bitter A traditionally brewed Best Bitter for modern times. Finest quality malts and whole cone English hops, malty notes of bread and biscuit, with hints of caramel and delicate spice. Refreshing and quaffable.
S14 Hadrian & Border Ouseburn Porter 5.2% Porter Fruit and roast aromas to start followed by roast and caramel flavours with some sweetness which is soon superseded by an increasing drier roast bitterness.
B8 Harviestoun Haggis Hunter 4.3% Golden Ale Haggis Hunter is a hoppy, amber ale, brewed using pale and crystal malt. The biscuit base compliments it's citrus and floral aromas and spicy, grassy undertones.
B9 Harviestoun Natural Blonde 4.0% Blonde A light, golden beer brewed from lager and wheat malts. The delicate hop character comes from a blend of
four hop varieties.

A forceful brew made with Warrior and Dragon hops providing resinous impactful lemon and tropical fruit. Another double dosing of hoping along with Eagle hops, adds a striking finish of berries and pine.

B24 Spey Valley Sunshine On Keith 3.4% IPA Sunshine on Keith is our best-selling hit, packed with citrusy, American hops to give a flavour hit well above what you’d expect for 3.5% ABV. It’s zesty and refreshing, with a fantastic fruity aroma, and a lingering, pronounced bitterness, with deep grapefruit flavours. Perfect for long summer afternoons in a beer garden, or at the beach.
B25 Stewarts Stewarts 80/- 4.4% 80/- Full-bodied and flavoured auburn classic Scottish heavy, with malt and dried fruit on the nose and a smooth and creamy texture. GLUTEN FREE
B26 Stewarts Ka Pai 5.2% Pale A light-bodied pale ale with a combination of passion fruit, mango and lychee on the nose. The taste is initially sweet but beautifully balanced with a long-lasting bitterness.

S20 Sulwath Black Galloway 4.4% Porter A robust porter/stout that derives its colour from the abundance of Maris Otter barley and chocolate malts used in the brewing process.
B29 Sulwath Solway Mist 5.5% Wheat A naturally cloudy wheat beer. Sweetish and fruity.
B30 Sulwath Moffat Toffee Ale 4.5% Golden This delicious Moffat Toffee infused golden ale. By infusing the ale with Moffat Toffee the ale has subtle notes of vanilla, honey, caramel and lemon. SIBA Gold Award 2024. MAY CONTAIN TRACES OF PEANUTS, NUTS, SOYA AND MILK
S21 Three Kings Billy Mill 4.0% Golden A golden bitter hopped with First Gold & Citra Hops. Medium to intense bitternesswith a fresh earthy citrus finish.
S22 Three Kings Darkside of the Toon 4.1% Stout A dry dark smooth creamy ale with hints of coffee and chocolate. Medium body and mouth feel from flaked and roasted barley
S23 Three Kings Ring of Fire 4.5% USA Pale A golden APA hopped with 100% American Cascade. Medium to intense bitterness with a fresh citrus grapefruit finish.
B31 Williams Bros Joker 5.0% IPA There's at least one in every pack and this is our very own agent of chaos. Created from a complex layer of malts and blended hops, this well balanced IPA delivers satisfaction every time. Golden in the glass, fruity on the nose with hints of cedar. Joker IPA is Bitter/Sweet, full of flavour. VEGAN
B32 Williams Bros Midnight Sun 5.5% Porter A rich, black, smooth porter, an instant classic: pours as black as the Midnight Sun and is created from a blend of malted barley, oats, roast barley, chocolate malt then balanced with a generous helping of hops. An after bite of fresh root ginger elevates this ale to another level. The flavours are as paradoxical as the name. VEGAN
S24 Williams Bros Seven Giraffes 5.1% IPA Classic IPA with late infusion of elderflower, a blend of 7 grains, 3 hop strains and a late infusion of Elderflower & Lemon: It pours a deep gold with aroma's of elderflower and citrus hops, followed by sweet caramel. On the tongue the biscuity malts are perfectly balanced with the bitterness of the hops, freshness of the lemon & lingering floral elderflower aftertaste. An extraordinary brew. VEGAN

Sheet 2: Cider

C1 Ascension Hide in the Sky 3.8% Fruit This is a blend of seven apple varieties, creating a tart wild fermented cider and fresh apple with a huge redcurrant addition. Big hits of redcurrant acidity are balanced by the apple’s sugars, rounding out to a dry finish.
C2 Ascension Mess with the honk 3.4% Gooseberry A superbly sour cider smasher! Early season apples and locally sourced Gooseberry juices bring a zingy and tart punch to the party, backed up by smooth, vinous notes from the cider
C3 Ayrshire Riviera Blue Label 6.0% Med-Dry It is just the juice of freshly pressed Ayrshire apples with yeast added to do its thing, On the nose there is a blast of fresh green apples. On the front palate is an obvious apple fruitiness. It lingers to dry with a hint of sweetness and long tasty umani finish. A cider reminiscent of cider produced in North East of US.
C4 Ayrshire Riviera I Wonder is it Howgate? 6.5% Dry A pale and bright cider. made only with the juice from Howgate Wonder apples. It’s delicate on the nose, crisp and light on the palate with an initial sharp burst of apple and a refreshing dryness, with a hint of a citrus finish. Light and easy drinking.
C5 Cairn O’Mhor Meadowsweet 4.5% Sweet An aromatic, wild meadowsweet cordial mingled in with local apple juices and fermented out for our Meadowsweet cider. The flowers add a complimentary fragrance and atmosphere - hints of an Islay malt and yellow spangles.
C6 Cairn O’Mhor Rhubarb 4.5% Fruit Made with locally sourced apples and blended with a fermentation of impressively tall golden stalks of rhubarb from Brechin. The rhubarb adds a silky-smooth golden elixir of rhubarbiness to the fresh appley cider, followed by a dry finish.
C7 Celtic Marches Abrahalls AM Med 6.0% Medium This cider is made from a blend of bitter sweet and sharp cider apples – Dabinett, Michelin and a smattering of Kingston Black, making it well-rounded and easy to drink
C8 Celtic Marches Celtic Tiger 3.4% Fruit A golden cider blended with the vibrant natural flavours of pineapple and orange. The pineapple brings a refreshing balance of sweet and sour to the blend, complimenting the light citrus burst of the orange and still allowing the pressed apple afternotes to break through.
C9 Celtic Marches Mango 4.0% Fruit The citrus zing of the lime meets the tropical sweetness of the mango in this smooth and sophisticated blend. It finishes fresh and fruity!
C10 Celtic Marches Strawberry & Lime 4.0% Fruit This fruity number made from Herefordshire cider apples has a sweet, fresh-crushed strawberry nose and the subtle, zingy, citrus finishing note of lime, creating a sweet and sour combination.
C11 Dudda’s Tun Cherry 3.4% Fruit A sumptuous blend of cider and cherry. It is medium-sweet and full of fruity cherry flavour.
C12 Dudda’s Tun Elderflower 3.4% Fruit The perfect blend of cider and fresh elderflower, with a gentle sweetness and clean finish. Medium-sweet and floral.
C13 Oliver’s Dabinett 6.5% Medium A sweet-ish blend of the quintissential bittersweet fruit. A small sugar addition tempers what is normally a fairly aggressive cider apple.
C14 Oliver’s Traditional Perry 6.0% Med-Dry Wild fermented, medium dry blend of pears. A full tasting perry, rounded with hints of citrus, with good body and a lingering pear aftertaste. Incredibly drinkable, chalky tannins.
C15 Sandford Fanny’s Bramble 3.4% Fruit Perfectly balanced and exceedingly refreshing – A delicious blend of fresh apples and blackberries.
C16 Sandford The General 8.4% Med-Dry It is bold and satisfying with notes of Seville orange, plum and baked apple, rich and rewarding with a long, warming finish. Named after General Sir Redvers Buller, a famous Devonian warrior, as is our 100 year old mighty oak vat in which this cider is aged for a minimum of six months.
C17 Steilhead Bullfinch 6.5% Dry A little sharpness on the tongue but with a long dry finish and a complex flavour of apples, spice and wood. A delicious blend of Kingston Black and Dabinett cider apples from Herefordshire.
C18 Steilhead Capercaillie 6.0% Med-Dry A truly Scottish fresh tasting local cider, a blend of dessert & culinary apples, matured in ex-malt whisky barrels for up to nine months until the smoky, peaty, oaky influence of the cask balances the green apple sharpness of the cider perfectly. A smooth complex drink with a long dry finish.
